This weekend, the paths and promenades of Kingwood Center Gardens will take on a rather orange-y hue. The Sixth Annual Great Pumpkin Glow takes place this Saturday (5 to 10 PM) and Sunday (5 to 9 PM).

The Great Pumpkin Glow is a fun event for people of all ages. Kingwood’s grounds will be decorated in a Fall Harvest theme, and decorated with over 2,000 carved and lit pumpkins as well as mums, lowing balloons, friendly scarecrows, festive gourds, towering corn stalks, and beautiful chrysanthemums.

This year, the Glow will include:

  • Expanded walking path, which means more pumpkins, more decorations, more GLOW
  • Live music, more vendors, including gourmet cupcakes, metal garden art, and of course glow-in-the dark items
  • Horse-drawn Hayrides
  • Delicious food vendors; we’ve added more
  • Scarecrow Display Contest

Admission to Kingwood Grounds for The Great Pumpkin Glow is just $6 per person if tickets are purchased online, and $8 at the gate, children 6 & under are free. Please note that tickets can be purchased online through Saturday at noon; to so, click here.

Other important event details:
