Somewhat lost in the publicity over the impending arrival of a Five Guys Burgers and Fries to north central Ohio was news that three additional retailers were among those to be opening locations at Lexington Pointe.

The new retail strip mall located at 944 Lexington-Springmill Road will replace the currently vacant Ocean Buffet building, north of Lowe’s.

The new stores will be Sleep Number, the mattress and bedding retailer whose nearest stores are at Polaris and North Canton; Sport Clips, sports-themed haircutters with stores in Cleveland and Columbus; and American Chinese favorite Panda Express.

The leasing agent for Lexington Pointe is Thomas English Retail Real Estate of Indianapolis. Their online flyer about the new development has drawings of the new center under the name “Ontario Shops”, which is scheduled to be opened by 2019.

Five Guys occupies the southernmost retail space, which is approximately 2,400 square feet in size.

The online flyer can be viewed at this location.
