Called “the perfect perennial” due to its brilliant colors, its ability to tolerate drought and frost, and generally low maintenance, daylilies are a vigorous plant that last for many years in Ohio gardens with little care.

Here’s an opportunity to make them a part of your own plantings – the Ohio Daylily Society Plant Sale taking place today from noon until 3 PM at the Kingwood Center Gardens Exhibit Hall.

All Named plants are $5 (sorted by color) and unnamed plants will be $2 each. In addition, the members’ auction will take place in the Carriage House from 1:30-4:00PM (open to the public) with new/recent cultivars.
