All work will be completed within existing right-of-way.  Construction is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2019.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.

Written comment concerning the proposed project may be mailed to Joe Gies, City of Shelby Project Coordinator, 43 W. Main St., Shelby, Ohio 44875 or by e-mail at [email protected].  Any comments must be received by Friday, April 20.
