Mansfield’s Braintree Business Development Center is looking to help you with answers for issues such as business structure, legal compliance, contracts, distributor agreements, and other areas which should not be left to guesswork.
This 90 minute Startup Legal Clinic is both for startups and also for relatively new businesses. It will be presented by Attorney Jack Stewart; Stewart is not only an attorney, but also a CPA and financial planner. Even more, he is a small business person himself.
The free event will take place at the Center, located at 201 East Fifth Street in downtown Mansfield, On December 12 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
