From the City of Mansfield Service Complex:
Due to water main repairs it will be necessary to close a section Bartley Avenue from Park Avenue West to Parker Street.
The road has been closed and is expected to be re-opened by the end of the workday Friday barring any unanticipated problems.
Construction signs will be posted at the work site. Traffic is advised to plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays. No traffic will be able to pass.
