It’s an opportunity to learn about growing your own ingredients for some delicious summer refreshment.

Local herb and foraging guru Nicolas Copley will present “Herbal Teas from the Garden” at the NECIC Blust Avenue Teaching Garden next Tuesday at 3:30 PM. Participants will learn how to transform their own herb gardens into a source for refreshment.

This workshop is great for both adults and children.

Nicolas Copley is owner and operator of The Forager’s Table in Mansfield, a place committed to providing clients with a fine catering experience featuring: foraged, naturally raised local produce, and pastured meat. He also owns Lionheart Medicinal Gardens at 424 ½ Glessner Avenue in Mansfield, which provides top quality herbal teas, tinctures, salves, and other herbal health products to local consumers.

Copley returns to NECIC twice this summer with a “Forage Walk” on June 19 and “Forage North Lake Park” on July 31.
