As part of the District 10 annual meeting on March 28, the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) recognized three area attorneys for 50 years of service to the legal profession. Included among them was a familiar name and face to the local legal community

Harold Hunter Davis of Mansfield earned his law degree at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and has practiced law in Ohio since 1968. He specializes in estate-planning matters and maintains a solo practice in Mansfield.

Davis has served on the Estate Planning and Trust and Probate Law Section Council of the OSBA for the past 30 years and formerly served as President of the Richland County Bar Association. *

Other attorneys honored included John Stanley Haynes and Terry Smith Shilling, both of Elyria.

During the meeting, which was held at the Shisler Conference Center OSU, Robert Reynolds, Gowri Hampole and Patricia Walker were all re-elected to serve on the OSBA Council of Delegates for two-year terms commencing July 1.
