Snow Trails is getting ready for the upcoming ski season and they are inviting the public to both celebrate improvements that have been made at the resort and to start getting ready for their season-opening.

They have replaced the Zozo Party from years past, which featured bonfires, with a different kind of pre-season celebration: A November fireworks show. The event will take place on Saturday, November 9.

During the day, there will be an Open House to showcase the improvements that have been made on the slopes, in the buildings, and even the grounds. At 7:00 PM the doors will open at the Snowflake Loft Bar, followed by the fireworks show at 8:00 PM and the band “The Thirsty Travelers” performance at 9:00 PM.

There is no cover charge.

Visit the Snow Trails website for the latest details on the activities scheduled for this celebration.

Snow Trails, which was the first commercial ski area in Ohio, is a privately owned resort located off Interstate 71 south of Mansfield on Possum Run Road.
