Kingwood Center invites you to step out into the sunshine this winter and experience the crisp and cold air in a beautiful setting.

Kingwood is offering Winter Wellness Walks on Wednesday mornings through the end of next month. They begin each Wednesday at 11 AM.

Sessions begin with a ¾ mile trek on the grounds and end with a 10 minute long stretch session focusing on improving muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. The total experience lasts about 45 minutes.

After class you will leave feeling refreshed and restored in mind, body, and spirit.

Be sure to dress warmly and with appropriate footwear.

This class is offered weekly and is not a series. Enrollment offers when each Wednesday session is concluded. Drop ins are welcome if there is space available.

Registration is available here. Cost is free for members, and $5 for non-members. Please contact Kingwood Center Gardens with any questions at: (419)522-0211.

Send us your news — of an announcement, event,
club news, fundraiser – whatever! It’s easy to do online.
