Kingwood Center invites you to step out into the sunshine this winter and experience the crisp and cold air in a beautiful setting.
Kingwood is offering Winter Wellness Walks on Wednesday mornings through the end of next month. They begin each Wednesday at 11 AM.
Sessions begin with a ¾ mile trek on the grounds and end with a 10 minute long stretch session focusing on improving muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion. The total experience lasts about 45 minutes.

As always, the gardens are beautiful in the summer, and the greenhouses are a busy place with a current display of bromeliads and sales of mums.
