The Renaissance Holiday production, Annie, is running November 10-11 and November 17-18 on the stage of the Renaissance Theatre. Ryan Shealy is the Director and Kelly Knowlton is the Music Director for the production.  Annie is the second show in the 2018-2019 Richland Bank Broadway Series.

Annie tells the hopeful tale of a plucky orphan who is determined to find the parents who abandoned her on the doorstep of an orphanage, run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. Reminding us that the sun always comes out “Tomorrow,” Annie is a fun-filled adventure of luck, love, and positivity in the face of adversity.

McKenna Stoffer, who is a sophomore at Ontario High School, will play the lead character, Annie.  She has performed in over 30 musical theatre productions. Some of McKenna’s favorite roles include the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jane Banks in Mary Poppins, Little Red Riding Hood in Into the Woods, and Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka. McKenna was most recently seen as a Newsie in the Renaissance Summer Musical – Newsies and as Kassim in MY Theatre’s Disney’s Aladdin Jr.

Tickets start at $15 for Annie and are on sale at MansfieldTickets.com or at the Box Office and via phone at (419) 522-2726.
