The Pearl Conard Gallery at The Ohio State University at Mansfield is proud to present Lifted, an exhibition exploring image-based appropriation in the digital age. The exhibition will highlight twelve artists from across the United States who re-work images they take from the Internet.

Participating artists include the following: Brandon Bauer, Katina Bitsicas, Logan Dandridge, Hale Ekinci, Ray Ewing, Dina Kelberman, Justin Lincoln, Lydia Moyer, Dan Rule, Kate Shannon, Sheida Soleimani, and Penelope Umbrico.

The exhibition will take place February 4 – March 7 at the Pearl Conard Art Gallery (Room 145 Ovalwood Hall, 1760 University Drive, Mansfield, OH 44906). The Gallery will host a free, public reception on Monday, February 4 from 12:35 – 1:30 PM.

The gallery hours are Monday–Thursday from 11 AM – 4 PM, Friday from 11 AM – 2 PM (please note that the gallery is staffed by student workers, so hours may shift. To schedule an appointment to view the exhibition, please call 419-755-4127).
