The Mansfield/Richland County Public Library will help kids in grades 6 through 12 to celebrate the end of the year, and the decade, in an unexpected way: With an afternoon of “Nerf”ing. The event will take place at the Main Library (downtown Mansfield) on December 30, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM; registration is required as the number of open spots is limited.

The library will provide the Nerf guns, the ammo, and the snacks. Participants may bring their own Nerf gun and/or ammo, but it must be Library approved. Acceptable “library approved” Nerf guns must hold no more than 8 darts.

Participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before joining the fun. Call the library at 419-521-3110 to register, or go online to MRCPL.org/calendar.

Send us your news — of an announcement, event,
club news, fundraiser – whatever! It’s easy to do online.
