Lexington is once again getting ready for its Light Up Lexington celebration.

This year, the holiday celebration is scheduled for December 2 with a start time of 7:00 PM.

The festivities will take place at the Lexington Village Square and will include a live nativity scene. Music will be provided by Lexington schools. Area organizations will present displays. For kids, and kids at heart, Santa will be making an appearance as well.

The annual event is open to all and offers a way for the community to come together and celebrate the holiday season.
