The first block of East Fourth Street in downtown Mansfield is a bit busy these days due to investment taking place on the second and third floors above City Grille.

Last week, the restaurant posted the following on its Facebook page:

1812Blockhouse was downtown on Thursday evening and took this photo of the renovation work taking place.

UPDATE: On Friday afternoon, we learned that the owner is in the process of cleaning out the upper floors in preparation for renovation into apartments.
