The public has been invited by the City of Mansfield and the Chief of Police to a promotional ceremony for two members of the Department of Police. The event, which will take place at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, June 21, will involve promotion of the following:

  • Sergeant Michael T. Napier, who will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant
  • Officer Sara L. Mosier-Napier, who will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant

Sergeant Napier began his law enforcement career with the Department on December 4, 2016, and was promoted to Sergeant on July 6, 2015. Officer Mosier-Napier began her law enforcement career with the department on August 21, 2006.

The ceremony will take place in the Mansfield City Council Chambers, located on the third floor of the Mansfield Municipal Building.
