Back on February 22, we shared a story concerning the Maple Syrup Festival at Malabar Farm State Park, which takes place this weekend and next.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has posted an interesting short video about maple syrup production at Malabar. Beginning with new ways in which the raw product is extracted from maple trees, the film takes viewers through the process of creating the finished product.
