The Ohio Bird Sanctuary, located on Orweiler Road southwest of Ontario, has a new and larger online presence.

The new site provides substantially more resources than its predecessor. In addition to tour, event, and location details, the website introduces the variety of birds at the Sanctuary; discusses avian care with information on dealing with injured birds; provides an overview of educational programming including camps, field trips, and homeschooling resources; and much more.

An opportunity is also now available to “Adopt a Bird” which, according the site, “… provides our bird with an enriching diet, professional vet care and a caring staff. Any bird in our educational collection can be adopted.”

The new site is located at: www.ohiobirdsanctuary.com.
