It’s a natural combination — Kingwood Center Gardens, which provides a colorful oasis throughout the year, and the sights, smells, and sounds of Christmas.

Christmas at Kingwood is a local tradition. Enjoy live music, dozens of uniquely trimmed Christmas trees, many photo ops, a beautifully decorated Greenhouse serving hot cocoa and cookies, outdoor light displays, outdoor campfire, and more! Historic Kingwood Hall will display a towering 18 foot Christmas tree decorated in dazzling silver and gold ornaments, garlands and ribbons.  Rooms will be adorned with holiday ornamentation and design. The popular Walk of Trees in the Exhibit Hall will also be on view, with many local businesses showing their holiday spirit.

This year’s theme is “Heaven and Nature Sing!” Special events this year during Christmas at Kingwood include:

December 7 is the 150th Birthday Celebration for our founder C.K. King!  Brought to you by the Adena Corporation, all tickets will be $1.50 and a birthday cupcake can be enjoyed by all!

December 9 & 10 brings the Christmas Market where you can pick up special gifts for yourself or loved ones.

December 14 – 17 is a model train display brought to you by the Ashland Model Railroaders & Railfans!

December 23, Santa is setting apart time to come to Kingwood to get last minute gift requests from all good boys and girls.

Christmas at Kingwood is open each Thursday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM from November 25 through December 30 (with the exception of December 1, 24, and 25). Admission is $5.00 per person. Members and volunteers are free, as are children 6 and under. There is no charge for parking for this event.
