Mansfield Police Officer Mark Perry will report on active shooter training when the Mansfield City Schools Board of Education meets at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Raemelton central office building.

Perry, 45, a 10-year MPD veteran, is in his third year as resource officer at Mansfield Senior High and Mansfield Middle School.

Also on the agenda is a presentation by architect Daniel Obrynba of OHM Advisors about phase II of the window replacement project at Malabar Intermediate School.

The district’s receipt of a $150,000 federal School Improvement Grant for family engagement will be discussed by Martin Linder, director of school improvement; Holly Christie, director of student support programs, and Andrew Schiefer, assistant principal in charge of the Freshman Academy at Mansfield Senior High.
