On Saturday there’s a big event happening at Marshall Park — the Ontario Kids Festival.
It’s brought to you by Sluss Realty, and they’ve put together a massive, fun-filled day designed for families. Located at the park’s soccer practice field, the festival is Sluss Realty’s most ambitious community project to date.
A whole world of fun awaits attendees. Expect rides, jump houses, and a number of inflatable activities like laser tag, a zorb racing track, and an obstacle course. Little ones aren’t left out, with inflatable experiences specially made for toddlers. And if you love Disney’s Frozen, you’re in for a treat! Meet your favorite characters, Anna and Elsa, at the event.
Food trucks will be serving delicious meals, and a host of free carnival games will be available with prizes to be won. An impressive petting zoo will be on-site, featuring a diverse array of animals including zebras, kangaroos, a rare Aldabra tortoise, goats, ostriches, ponies, and even camels.
This festival is designed with inclusivity in mind. Most activities are free or available by making a donation. Festival-goers will receive a wristband which grants them access to all rides and inflatable activities. These wristbands can be obtained by making a donation. The idea is to create an environment where families can enjoy a full day of entertainment with minimal expenses. Any additional costs associated with specific vendors or activities are handled directly by the vendors themselves.
The Ontario Kids Festival also has a charitable angle. All profits from the event will be donated to the Humane Society of Richland County. Moreover, the Humane Society will have dogs on-site that are ready for adoption — a great opportunity for attendees looking to add a furry friend to their family.
In a nutshell, the Ontario Kids Festival is an action-packed, fun-filled day that promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
