Did you know that the largest show in America related to chicken takes place annually right here in Ohio? In 1956, a group of passionate Ohio poultry breeders came together to form the Ohio Poultry Breeders club. This led to the inception of the Ohio National Poultry Show, a platform that invited poultry enthusiasts from across the nation to showcase their prized birds.

Initially held in Marion, the show later moved through Springfield and Circleville before finally settling in Columbus in 1962. Over the years, the event has been hosted in four different Ohio State Fair buildings, with the Voinovich Livestock Arena being the latest venue.

The 150th Anniversary: A Milestone Worth Crowing About

Exhibitors are flying in from all corners of the United States, Canada, and even Europe to participate.
