The Mansfield Art Center is in high holiday gear, as holiday workshops take place which give a jump start to the holiday season. Following are events taking place over the next two weeks. Family Art Night: “Ornaments”
Friday, November 4
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Ages: 6 yrs. – Adult Cost: $10/person
Join us for our monthly Family Art Night! Our instructor will demonstrate the project step by step. F.A.N. is designed to accommodate a variety of skill levels. Classes are perfect for families, beginners, date nights, kids and adults. Clay projects will be glazed then left at the center to be fired. Pieces will be ready for pick-up in 2-3 weeks.
Bird’s Nest Necklace Workshop

Come learn how to create this beautiful wire-wrapped birds nest necklace. During this class you’ll learn how to wrap wire around your choice of glass beads to create a bird’s nest that the beads will sit in. Choose beads to represent your children or create one just because it’s beautiful! Includes all materials.

Never held a paint brush before? No problem! No experience is necessary. Our instructor will guide you through the painting from start to finish and you will take home a painting ready to hang on your wall! Painting supplies provided. Participants are responsible for bringing drinks and can also bring food/snacks. The art center will also provide corkscrews, cups, ice, plates and utencils.
Paid registration 1 day before event is required. Must be 21 or older to participate.
Decorate-A-Bowl RSVP

Bring the family for an afternoon of fun and refreshments during our Decorate-A-Bowl Event! During this free event, participants will have fun glazing a soup bowl which will be used at the Mansfield Art Center’s very first Soup-A-Bowl fundraiser on December 10th.
Participants are invited to attend the Soup-A-Bowl fundraiser to either purchase their own bowl or someone else’s and share in a meal together of unlimited soup, drinks and desserts.
