In preparation for their involvement at a dinner before the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra’s February 18 “When Swing Was King” concert, Renaissnace Performing Arts sat down with the chefs of Altered Eats. The trio of Anne Massie, Rasul Welch, and Ncholas Copley shared mishaps in the kitchen, and discussed their food philosophies, their favorite foods to cook and eat, and what guests can expect.
