What better way to celebrate the Valentine’s Day season than with an evening a great “Big Band” music?
On February 18, the Mansfield Symphony swings with this tribute to the greatest music of all time – the music of Gershwin, Tommy Dorsey, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Louis Prima and many more, prominently featuring arrangements by the unparalleled Paul Ferguson.
Interim Pops Director Maestro Carl Topilow has performed this program with the orchestras of Arkansas, Boulder, Calgary, Charleston, Cleveland Pops, Elgin, Evansville, Memphis, Music in the Mountains, Pilsen Philharmonic (CZ), Richmond, South Bend, Southwest Florida, Syracuse, Tuscaloosa, Virginia and others.
The performance takes place at 8:00 PM at the Renaissance Tickets. Online ticketing is available at this location.
As a special treat, Chefs Rasul Welch, Anne Massie, and Nicholas Copley of Altered Eats will present farm-to-table fine dining in the upper lobby of the Renaissance Theatre prior to the concert. The five course feast will highlight local ingredients and latin flavors.

- Roasted roots: Mole, avocado, farm cheese
- Hen and morel: Springbud Acres chicken, coconut, morel, blue corn

- Cocktail: Brandy, damiana, chocolate, vanilla cordial
Dinner tickets are $50 each and must be purchased alongside a half-price Symphony ticket. Patrons who already hold a ticket to the Symphony ticket who would like to add a dinner ticket should call the box office at (419)522-2726 to adjust their purchase.
