Amid the backdrop of blooming orchids, Kingwood Center Gardens also hosts wellness activities designed to renew and refresh. Join the Hatha Yoga session on February 20th from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, where the tranquility of the gardens will enhance your practice. Or, opt for the Wellness Walk on February 21st during the same hours, for a guided tour that emphasizes mindfulness and the restorative power of nature.

A Celestial Preview: Preparing for the Total Solar Eclipse 2024

Adding an educational twist to the week, on February 22nd from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, visitors can engage in a unique session titled “Preparing for the Total Solar Eclipse 2024.” This event promises to enlighten attendees on the phenomenon of solar eclipses, with tips on how to best experience the upcoming celestial event.
