Earlier this week, the Medina County Commissioners approved a two-year contract with Rumpke of Ohio, Inc., according to a Tuesday story in The Medina Gazette.

The article states that the contract will save the County $300,000 as compared to the current contract holder’s bid, and solid waste will be transported to the Noble Road Landfill in Richland County.

Rumpke was an unsuccessful bidder for recycling services in the same county a year and a half ago.
