The following candidates appeared on the website of the Richland County Board of Elections after its certification meeting on Friday, February 3. Unless otherwise noted, petitions for each of the following candidates were labeled as “VALID.

Races for Mansfield City positions were detailed in two posts last week on 1812Blockhouse.

Write-in candidates are still a possibility, which could impact one or more of the following races. As can be noted, there will be few contested party nomination contests in May anywhere in the county.
