The 58th Annual Firemen’s Ox Roast is just around the corner, and it’s packed with delicious food, exciting activities, and family-friendly fun. Mark your calendars for July 26 and 27, and head over to Shiloh on Route 603 for a weekend you won’t forget.

Dig into 10,000 Pounds of Beef

This year’s Ox Roast promises a whopping 10,000 pounds of succulent beef, cooked to perfection. Here’s when you can dive in:

  • Friday, July 26: Serving from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Saturday, July 27: Serving from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

And it’s not just about the beef! Enjoy a variety of sides and treats, including French fries, corn roast (if available), pie, cake, potato salad, baked beans, and hotdogs. It’s a feast fit for all ages.

Thrilling Activities for All Ages

This year’s lineup of activities ensures there’s something for everyone:

  • Garden Tractor Pull: Watch the Tri-County Pullers in action on Friday, July 26 at 6:30 PM.
  • Pedal Tractor Pull: Kids ages 3-8 can join in the fun on Saturday, July 27 at 11:00 AM.

Light Up the Night with Fireworks

The fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Stick around on Friday night for a spectacular fireworks display that will light up the sky and leave you in awe.

  • Van Waylon: Friday, July 26 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Kickin’ Grass: Saturday, July 27 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Sourmash: Saturday, July 27 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
