As the photos suggest, it was all smiles and all sweet on Friday as civic officials joined the ownership and crew of Bake My Day for their grand reopening.

Now under the new ownership of Lisa Bihl, the bakery has opened in a new location, 803 N. Lexington-Springmill Road in Ontario. That’s between CheckSmart and AR Workshop, and across the street to the west from Outback Steakhouse.

Bake My Day maintains a selection of cakes, cut-out sugar cookies, and cupcakes readily available for immediate purchase. The bakery’s array extends to freshly baked warm cookies and whimsical cake pops, catering to a broad spectrum of tastes. Recognizing the diverse dietary needs of their customers, the bakery also offers a gluten-free option for their cakes, cupcakes, and cut-out sugar cookies, all available in a plethora of tempting flavors.

But the offerings don’t stop at traditional baked goods; the bakery also boasts an exclusive chocolate shop, famed for its signature Chocolate Pizzas. These unique delicacies are an extraordinary blend of milk or dark chocolate, mixed with a medley of delectable ingredients, then formed into a pizza-like shape. Adorned with enticing bits and additional ribbons of chocolate, they are carefully wrapped and presented in a pizza box for a unique gastronomic experience.
