In a boost to the local retail landscape, Kroger’s Columbus Division has unveiled plans for a substantial $68 million investment across central and northwest Ohio for the year 2024. This financial infusion is set to enhance the shopping experience for customers. Among the 18 stores earmarked for remodeling is the Kroger store on Park Ave West in Mansfield, promising an improved shopping environment and upgraded facilities.

Transforming Grocery Shopping in Mansfield

The Park Ave West location is poised for a makeover with an investment of approximately $1.2 million. Scheduled to commence later this spring or early summer, this renovation is part of Kroger’s broader commitment to revitalizing its stores in the Mansfield area. By the time the dust settles on this project, Kroger’s total investment in its three Mansfield stores will have reached an impressive $6.3 million since 2021.
