Last fall, we shared news that the new Hudson & Essex restaurant at the corner of Fourth and Diamond had launched a new online presence.
Now that the days are winding down to the eatery’s official launch, the restaurant has updated that site with a large amount of additional information.
Included among those updates are the following:
- Additional time lapse construction videos showing interior and exterior work on the building
- A Fine Dining menu showing the fare on offer when Hudson & Essex opens its doors. Included are small plates such as Loaded Pastrami Fries, Smoked Trout, and Roasted Leg of Lamb; salads, and main dinner entrees. The latter includes Grilled Hanger Steak, Pan Seared Fried Trout, Pan Seared Scallops, and Grilled Pork Chops.
- Separate sections include information about the Deli and Winery. Also featured is information about and photos of the newly-discovered caverns, which will open to the public later in 2019.
