The day-long event, scheduled for Friday, November 3, 2023, kicks off at 8:00 AM and wraps up at 4:30 PM. Starting and ending at the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development office located at 55 N. Mulberry Street in Mansfield, the tour promises an enlightening experience.
