Mid-Ohio Opera and St. Peter’s Music Series will be teaming up to present the Christmas Oratorio by Camille Saint-Saëns, December 11.

Chorus rehearsals will be starting the beginning of October, on Thursday nights from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at St. Peter’s. There are five choruses, in Latin, interspersed with solo, quartet, and quintet work by the soloists, accompanied by pipe organ.

St. Peter’s Church will not be performing Messiah until the spring this year and they invited us to help with this new endeavor.

Below is a video of one of the choruses from the Christmas Oratorio.
