Special to 1812Blockhouse

Downtown Mansfield, Inc. is excited to announce the opening of the Tiny Tim Christmas Shoppe for 2022. The Tiny Tim Shoppe will officially open on Saturday, November 19! A wonderful experience and holiday tradition for families across the community, this year, the Tiny Tim Shoppe will be located at our DMI office, 128 North Main Street. All children are welcome to shop for family and friends on the Christmas list.

The Tiny Tim Shoppe is a volunteer assisted Christmas shop for children ages 12 and under. To ensure the health and safety of our guests, one reservation must be made per each child shopping. Reservations are free and 4 time slots are available per each half hour. For families with more children please reserve overlapping times. *For example, a family of six children would reserve four tickets between 10:00am and 10:30am and two tickets between 10:30am and 11:00am.

At the Tiny Tim Christmas Shoppe, with the assistance of a volunteer, children will pick out gifts as well as wrap and tag them. The shop has a variety of gifts that are suitable for friends and family of all ages for children to pick from. Gifts are $15.00 or less.

The Tiny Tim Christmas Shoppe will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the following Saturdays in 2022:

  • November 19
  • November 26
  • December 3
  • December 10
  • December 17

Additionally, the Tiny Tim Christmas Shoppe will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2 for Christmas Time in the City, one of our busiest days of the year!

There are two additional opportunities this year at the Tiny Tim Shoppe:  Private shopping and Photo Backgrounds.  If you are interested in shopping on a day we are not typically open, please call the office at least a week in advance to arrange.  If you are interested in using the Tiny Tim Set up as a back drop for your photos, call the office for more information.

Established in 1989, Downtown Mansfield, Inc. is a nonprofit membership-based organization whose mission is to stimulate economic development, improve the appearance and create a positive image of the downtown as a desirable place to work, live, visit, shop, and invest.
