Fall is a great time for exercise. Temperatures decrease, the foliage provides a wonderful backdrop, and there’s time to shed a few extra pounds before winter steps in.

One great place to do so is Mansfield’s Gorman Nature Center.

And while you’re at it — why not take your four legged animal with you? Gorman loves dog hikers, and has published a new video to provide some advice.

Shared on Thursday, the YouTube video includes safety tips, requests, and a sample of what you’ll see. Two canine ambassadors are included!

Send us your news — of an announcement, event,
club news, fundraiser – whatever! It’s easy to do online.
