A Mansfield resident is a richer man today after spending $20 for an Ohio Lottery ticket.

Mohammed Rabee of Mansfield received a welcome surprise after winning a $2-million annuity prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $20 scratch-off, Nothing But Cash.

He purchased his winning ticket at Ashland Road Duchess #1103, located at 1000 Ashland Road in Mansfield.

Mohammed won the scratch-off’s top prize, paid as $80,000 a year for 25 years before taxes. He will receive approximately $57,600 a year for 25 years after federal and state tax withholdings. 

As of June 15, the Ohio Lottery has two, $2-million top prizes remaining in Nothing But Cash, as well as other great prizes. Mohammed beat odds of 1 in 1,000,000 to win.
