We Wish You a Jazzy Christmas, Featuring the Artistic Jazz Orchestra

Kickstarting the festive season is “We Wish You a Jazzy Christmas” on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at 7:30 PM. Led by AJO Artistic Director/Founder Paul Martin, this sparkling night of jazz and holiday spirit will envelop Mansfield with big band, ensemble, and vocal talent. The Artistic Jazz Orchestra, known for its dedication to the music of the 1940s through the 60s, promises an enchanting evening filled with holiday cheer. Tickets start at $15 and include a DATE NIGHT ticket option. Pick out two “date night” tickets for this event and get wine and sweet treats to enjoy with your date!

Holiday Film Screening: Home Alone

On Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 2:30 PM, audiences are invited to don their Christmas Pajamas and enjoy the 1990 Christmas comedy classic, Home Alone. This heartwarming story of an eight-year-old boy defending his home from burglars during Christmas vacation is a perfect family treat. Tickets are just $8.

A Christmas Carol—One Woman. A Whole Host of Characters

Prepare for a unique retelling of the classic holiday tale “A Christmas Carol” on December 8, 9, and 10, 2023. Angela Ianonne, in a one-person show, will vividly bring the story to life, transporting audiences to the timeless world of Scrooge and the spirits of Christmas. General admission tickets are available for $27 for this performance located in Theatre 166.

Richland Academy of the Arts: The Nutcracker Ballet

The Richland Academy of the Arts presents its sixth annual production of The Nutcracker Ballet on December 9 and 10, 2023. This beloved holiday tradition, featuring dazzling performances by Richland Academy dancers, is the perfect introduction to the magic and beauty of classical dance. Tickets start at $15.

Mansfield Symphony Orchestra & Chorus: Holiday Pops

On December 16, 2023, at 7:30 PM, the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra and Chorus will enchant audiences with traditional and contemporary holiday repertoire, creating an enchanting musical experience for all. Tickets start at $15.

Youth Orchestra: Holiday Prelude

Concluding the holiday lineup on December 17, 2023, at 3:30 PM, the Mansfield Symphony Youth Orchestra, under the baton of Stephen Domka, will perform a captivating array of holiday classics and new arrangements, showcasing the talents of North Central Ohio’s finest student musicians. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.

The Renaissance Theatre: Creating Holiday Traditions for Generations
