Get ready for an immersive and interactive week of festivities at the 10th Annual Richland County Park District Pollinator & Native Plant Festival, taking place on July 29-30, 2023 (Saturday-Sunday).

The vibrant week starts off with the beloved All A Flutter Live Butterfly Exhibit led by none other than the charismatic Fran LeMasters.

All A Flutter Live Butterfly Exhibit: July 25-30

This exhibit is an experience you don’t want to miss. Step inside the world of native butterfly species, feed them, play games, and immerse yourself in their enchanting universe. The exhibit will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., each day, providing a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with these fluttering wonders.

Pollinator Festival: July 29-30

The festival kicks off at the Gorman Nature Center with a host of activities, including workshops, kid’s activities, nature hikes, informative talks by notable speakers, and a variety of vendors. The highlight of the festival, the live butterfly display, offers an opportunity to meet some of these beautiful pollinators up close.

Get Hands-On With Nature

Get inspired and contribute to the well-being of our pollinators. Festival attendees can purchase native plants, including monarch-friendly milkweed, to kickstart or enhance their own pollinator garden at home.
