The City of Mansfield Water Repair Department has issued a boil advisory made necessary because of a water main repair.

The impacted area is an alley running north and south between Dawson Avenue and Stewart Avenue from Maple Street to Summit Street. This also includes 556 Maple Street.

Under a boil advisory, it is suggested that all consumed water be brought to a rolling boil for a full three minutes before consumption. This is a precautionary measure to be taken until samples can be tested to confirm water purity. A notice will be issued at the completion of the test.

Any questions concerning this notice may be directed to the Water Repair Department during normal business hours, 7:00 AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday, by calling 419-755-7806.
