The voter registration deadline for May’s Primary Election is coming early next week, with early voting beginning the next day.

The Richland County Board of Elections has issued its calendar of deadlines and early voting hours (see below). Information on voting locations, the new ID requirement, and other election-related matters can be found here.

April 3Voter Registration/Update Information Deadline for the May 2, 2023 Election – BOE Office is open until 9:00 pm
April 4

April 25
First day to mail Absentee  Ballots to voters who have requested one
Last day to apply for a Mail Absentee Ballot to be sent
May 2ELECTION DAYPolls open at 6:30 am & Close 7:30 pmYou must go to your polling location to vote
  
EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING HOURS:All Early In-Person Voting takes place at 1495 W.  Longview Center in the Lower Level Classroom
