A selection committee meticulously reviews applications to choose participants who have shown leadership within their areas of influence and a genuine desire to contribute to community betterment.
The program’s tuition is set at $1,500, underscoring the importance of organizational support for each participant. This investment covers a rich curriculum that includes tours, activities, discussions, and leadership development sessions. Recognizing the financial challenges some may face, LU offers payment plans and financial aid, ensuring that committed individuals have the opportunity to participate.
Leadership Unlimited demands a significant time commitment from its participants, including attendance at an orientation, an overnight retreat at Mohican Lodge & Conference Center, monthly full-day sessions, and various planning and celebration events.
