Thursday evening was beautiful in Mansfield. There wasn’t a hint of rain, and the air had a bit of a chill that made sweaters necessarily.

The colors were magnificent. Kingwood is making the change from its vibrant spring colors to its sumptuous rich colors of summer. Some beds are truly coming to life, while others are already blooming in full vigor.

As an acoustic guitar and singer played in the Garden Gateway, the entire setting was one of calm.
