Special to 1812Blockhouse from Renaissance Performing Arts Association

While theaters across the world are just starting to open back up, the Renaissance Theatre has been at the forefront for producing live events safely during a global pandemic. This Tuesday, May 11 at 7:30 PM, Renaissance Theatre will announce its upcoming 93rd season which includes broadway musicals, symphony concerts, rock bands, country music, educational programming and more!

“It’s really an impressive feat that the Renaissance is not only still open, but still pressing forward and creating live entertainment for the area. With a vast majority of the nation’s theaters shut down, it’s truly remarkable we’re able to put on events.” said Ryan Shreve

The Renaissance Theatre has become a golden staple for creating theatre and live events during the COVID-19 global pandemic, and doing said events safely.

This Tuesday at 7:30 PM, the Renaissance Theatre will host its annual Season Preview Party to celebrate and announce their 93rd season. The event will be held live and in person for up to 350 guests.

For patrons who aren’t ready for in person events, the Renaissance is also streaming the event live.

During the 2021-2022 Season Preview party, the Renaissance will also be giving away numerous prizes. In partnership with many local businesses, in-person guests will automatically be entered to win giveaway prizes such as: gift cards and certificates ranging from $25-$100, miir tumblers, coolers, teas, books, admission tickets to various venues around Mansfield, and several chances to win free tickets to Renaissance Theatre shows.
