From a Mansfield Division of Police Press Release

Both victims were taken to hospitals for treatment and the injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Two handguns were recovered lying in two different positions on Ford Avenue and Schmidt court. Bullet casings and blood were found at 29 Ford Avenue, the two individuals there were detained. A search warrant was obtained and the search yielded a third handgun, more blood, and other firearm related items.

A motive is still being sought. Anytone with information is encouraged to contact Major Crimes Detective Larry Schacherer at 419.755.9766.
