What is “disruption mindset” and how can it help individuals, businesses, and communities thrive?

On Tuesday, February 18 at 7:00 PM, bestselling New York Times author Charlene Li will be speaking on this topic, which she wrote about in her latest book, “The Disruption Mindset: Why Some Businesses Transform While Others Fail.” The event, a speaking engagement that will be broadcast locally on The Ohio State University – Mansfield campus (164 Fallerius Hall), will last approximately 90 minutes.

Li will explain her definition of disruption, and how leaders must show up differently when pursuing a disruption strategy. With over 20 years of experience in tech and business, she has been a respected advisor to Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation and leadership.

As part of The Society of Leadership and Success Speaker Broadcast Series, the event is open to all students and community guests. No ticket is required to attend. If you would like to bring a group of 10 or more people, please RSVP to Pam Schopieray, co-advisor, at 419-755-4234 or email [email protected].

The National Society of Leadership and Success is the nation’s largest leadership honor society for college students.
