In a Facebook post, Downtown Mansfield, Inc./DMI has announced that today’s parade has been cancelled and the trick-or-treat postponed. It states:

“Unfortunately, it has decided to rain on our parade. As such, in the best interest of children and families, we will be canceling all Halloween festivities tomorrow. Trick or Treat ONLY will be rescheduled for next Thursday, October 31st (yes, Halloween!) from 5:30-7 pm in downtown Mansfield. Parade participants are encouraged to join us for trick or treat! Please contact us for further details.”
