Ohio State Mansfield is making strides to ensure that higher education is accessible and affordable for Ohio residents. From October 15 to December 15, the campus is waiving the $60 application fee for first-year applicants. All you need to do is enter the fee waiver code UFWREG4 during the online application process. This initiative is part of the campus’s commitment to offering quality education at one of the lowest tuition rates in the state.

What’s in the Package?

By applying within this period, applicants not only save on the application fee but also automatically qualify for scholarship consideration. The cherry on top? A quick admissions decision, typically rendered in under three weeks. This offer is exclusively available for first-year applicants to regional campuses.

Admission Made Simple

If you’re an Ohio resident with a degree from an accredited high school or a GED, you’re guaranteed admission to Ohio State Mansfield. Transfer students need a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher, while home-schooled applicants must provide an approved “excuse from attendance” verification. For a step-by-step guide on applying, you can visit the Freshmen applicants and Transfer applicants sections on their website.

Why Choose Mansfield?

Ohio State University is not just about its Columbus campus. Ohio State Mansfield is not just about academics; it’s about holistic development. Students can engage in research, internships, and even study abroad programs. The campus also offers a plethora of student organizations and recreational activities, ensuring that there is something for everyone.

Financial Aid and Support

The FAFSA will open in December, and students are encouraged to file by Ohio State’s priority date of February 15 for maximum aid consideration. The campus also offers a range of academic support services, including free math and writing support at the Conard Learning Center.

A Vibrant Student Life

From the First Year Experience (FYE) programs designed to ease the transition to college, to various student organizations and wellness events, Ohio State Mansfield ensures that student life is enriching and balanced.
