The next installment of the Business Boot Camp Series at the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce takes place on Wednesday, March1 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. At that time, Dr. Blake Wagner will present on “Stress Management for Busy People.”

In promotional material for the event, organizers share, “Do you live life at a frenzied pace?  At work do you feel overwhelmed and constantly stressed out?  Do you come home, race through dinner and collapse into bed-only to discover that it’s time to go to work again?

  • Set the tone for a balanced, fulfilling day
  • Stay calm, centered, and stress-free
  • Renew your vitality and passion for life

Participants will come away with a host of strategies including:

  • Moving away from negative thinking to self-confidence
  • Modifying patterns of worry, self-criticism, and approval seeking
  • Setting boundaries and nurturing yourself
  • Mastering the relaxation response
  • How to put problems into perspective and celebrate the positive in life
